Metering India, the benchmark event of the Indian energy metering industry, powered by IEEMA, is a biennial event organized in collaboration with metering companies & various stakeholders. This event took place in Dehli, India, from 2nd to 4th November 2022.
Over the past few decades, this event has not only offered a platform to metering companies to share information related to metering and express their diverse perspectives but has also served to help power sector utilities address the challenges and issues associated with the adoption of new technologies.
This year’s Metering India, Marcel Schönknecht (ZERYCON GmbH) presented a paper on the subject of Advanced Smart Meter Testing – Test-System with Integrated AMI Interface.
During the interactive session, the challenges towards the testing of complete smart meter infrastructure was emphasized. Whereas solution in terms of End-to End testing of smart meter infrastructure was elaborated. ZERA (represented by ZERYCON) has shown its commitment for implementation of test cases by which the system become interoperable and interchangeable in real sense.
