From June, visits to our premises are possible again under certain conditions. The sales and service staff have resumed their travel activities in Germany and to the most European countries. In this context, our management, together with the AMS* manager, has developed a special hygienic concept to protect our employees and our customers in a particular way. Should it be necessary for several ZERA employees to travel to a customer, for example, they are currently only travelling in permanent teams.
Within our company there is still a restriction of contacts, so that working has been assigned to certain groups of people. Further distance and hygiene rules are being observed. Where necessary, employees wear mouth and nose protection. Work from the home office is successively being transferred back to the company. If desired, we also continue to carry out inspections, FAT and training via live video conferences or in recorded form. Customer and representative meetings can be held via telephone or video conference.
Our training courses will again take place in smaller groups from autumn onwards.
Larger events can unfortunately not yet take place but first online events are already planned. We will inform you about them on our website.
