Additional safety functions are essential for our test cases in the EMOB series, which are used to measure high currents. This is why the AC contacts and the DC high-current contacts of the test cases from EMOB80* upwards have integrated temperature monitoring. How does this monitoring work exactly? The charging process is automatically switched off as soon as a predefined temperature is reached. The process can only be continued, once the contacts have cooled down sufficiently.
